Leanne will sit with you and go over your present habits, food that you dislike or like, issues or allergies with food to then design a personalised plan for you or one that the whole family can follow – you will also be supplied recipe ideas that are quick, easy and using real foods.

In your appointment you will be weighed and given a calliper fat test to set goals and targets each month so you are held accountable, this will be done at each appointment. Leanne has her own recipe book “No Excuses” that you get with your plan and she has even co-authored Genesis Nutrition & Training book based on fat loss using New Zealand foods and supplementation.

Leanne comes from being involved in many sports over most of her life where testing different food theories, this has helped her be a better consultant for her clients but a better athlete herself.

Leanne is also a qualified Life Coach so this also helps her clients to get through some challenges and set some personal goals going forward in a positive way with lifestyle changes. Wellness coaching people about good nutrition and mental barriers can go hand in hand, as one helps the other.

Your first appointment with Leanne takes an hour, she will email you a client and nutrition wellness form to fill out before you come in for your first appointment, this gives her an overall picture and understanding of where you are at as an individual.

After this first appointment a plan is designed for you which is emailed through and a follow up is booked four weeks later to see how things are going, or if any adjustments need to be made but also keeps you on track.
