~Body Building~

Leanne starting competing in bodybuilding at the age of 26 years old while living in Canada and won her first show with IFBB in the Middleweight division. After that she was hooked and did 56 shows all together, winning most of her shows over the years.
As well as competing Leanne then took up being a judge for NZ and International shows for bodybuilding for 20+ years, to then becoming an organizer and running events for 15+ years for a couple different federations.
Leanne organised large teams over the years to represent New Zealand and to which most of them were her own clients that she prepped nutrition, training and posing routines for. Leanne always challenged herself and became the first NZ female bodybuilder to win Overall titles in two different categories being women’s physique and figure, so her skill and technique on posing got even better.
Through her own trails and errors but also years of judging Leanne has learnt the skill of good posing and creating good routines for herself and clients and won Best Posing awards.

Leanne can coach you from start to finish with your competition preparation and usually encourages people from about 18 weeks out from a show to book in and set goals by where your body fat is and class you wish to aim at.
Leanne can do the full coaching so nutrition, posing, training programmes etc but can also just isolate certain areas of prep if you already have a nutrition consultant or personal trainer – so can work with what you are requiring.
Leanne teaches posing for ALL classes for men and women so physique, figure, sports model, shape, bikini or board short classes.

~PowerLifting~

Leanne even as a bodybuilder has always trained to be strong, so her training style became more bodybuilding over most of her years but it made her stronger also as a powerlifter. When Leanne started competing in powerlifting she had already built up a stubborn strength so took up the strict movement of powerlifting easily and loved the challenge and personal achievements.
Leanne competed in the Australia Arnold ProRaw which was an awesome experience and the standard of lifters was amazing, she didn’t get in the top three but was competitive in her two favourite lifts of bench and deadlifts.
Leanne to this day is still focused on lifting competitions and changes her training around to suit, she has now designed and helped many compete in powerlifting and some have gone on to be champion lifters themselves, she has teams of up to 10 in one event.

Leanne can help set up a lifting programme leading into or prep on final days and on the day with lifts but also with nutrition on this prep but also importance of what stretch’s you need to do for better recovery. She also holds workshops on lifting and group lifting days to help keep people motivated but to check their form and help with PB’s.
