Leanne has been a qualified trainer for over 30 years and has set up a perfect private studio at home where she can do one on one sessions with clients. Doesn’t matter what your goals are Leanne can design a programme to suit so you can do something at home, at another gym but also then allow some private sessions with her on movements you struggle with.

So if your goals are to get fit, get stronger, build bone density, drop body fat, tone the body, prepare for a fitness test for police, get the body back into shape after a baby, build your core, or just feel good all over then Leanne can help.

Weight training is essential to good health and a functioning body. Resistance helps builds strong bones, strong muscles, healthy skin, hormone balance but also helps the bodies circulation and internal functions and movements. More and more women are realising the importance of weight training, that it wont make them into men but benefit them as they get older.

It is also just as important for men by helping them also by keeping their bones strong, muscle tone, testosterone levels healthy, mentally well, and internal functions also healthy.

While going through cancer treatments Leanne found training her saviour to feeling better but also less side effects to the drugs she has to take, the resistance training also kept her bones strong through this time so her density reading was that of someone 10 years younger, so makes a big difference pushing metal.

~Meditation~

Leanne also does breathing/mediation sessions so people take that much needed time out to slow the mind and body. More and more people need to take time out to focus back on balance by slowing down and breathing, but we never make the time until someone makes us or our health gets bad and are forced to.

Leanne can do group sessions of four people if you have friends who may wish to do it with you. These sessions are for 30mins where we will sit, focus on breathing, relaxing the body all the while music is playing in background and Leanne is talking you through it.
